Matic Life Safety System recently completed a major installation project for a 40-storey building encompassing both residential and amenity areas. The scope of work included the deployment of advanced Fire Alarm Systems and Disabled Refuge Systems, along with comprehensive CCTV and Access Control solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Wireless Technology: To minimize impact and preserve the aesthetic appeal of the building, particularly in its Victorian arches, the fire alarm system was designed to be wireless from the ground floor upwards.

  • Fire Alarm Systems: Installed throughout the building to ensure early detection and safety compliance.

  • Disabled Refuge Systems: Integrated to provide safe and effective communication and evacuation options for individuals with disabilities.

  • CCTV and Access Control: Implemented to enhance security and manage access across the building’s multiple zones.
