Our Scope of Works:

Project Win: Fusion Student Towers in Manchester
We’re excited to announce that Matic Building Services has secured the contract for Fusion Student Towers in Manchester! This dynamic project will bring high-quality, modern student accommodation to the city, and we’re proud to play a pivotal role in its construction.
Our comprehensive scope of works for Fusion Student Towers includes:
Above Ground Drainage Systems
Domestic Hot & Cold Water Systems and Heating Services
Low-Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) Systems
Air Conditioning and Ventilation Installations – including dedicated student room ventilation and smoke vent systems.
Wet Riser and Residential Sprinkler Systems – for enhanced building safety.
Thermal Insulation – ensuring efficiency and comfort.
Building Management System (BMS) – along with field devices, water and air controls, and control valves for streamlined building operations.
Electrical Systems – including low-voltage distribution boards, containment installations, and both internal and external lighting.
Emergency and Security Systems – covering fire alarm installation, CCTV, access control, intercoms, data systems, and evacuation alerts.
Generator and Life Safety Supplies – providing reliable backup power and essential safety components.

Matic Building Services Tees Off at the 2023 Domis Annual Golf Day!
On October 9th, Matic Building Services had the pleasure of joining Domis for their Annual Golf Day at the stunning Worsley Marriott Golf Club. The day was packed with friendly competition, great networking, and plenty of celebration as we gathered alongside other key partners in a fantastic setting.
Though the weather threw in a few challenges, it didn’t put a damper on anyone’s enthusiasm! Our team took to the course with determination, embracing both the elements and the game with skill and resilience. The camaraderie was evident throughout the day as we tackled the Worsley course together.
A standout of the event was the LIV-style party hole, where DJ Simon Garvey brought festival vibes, transforming it into the social hub of the day. With upbeat music, refreshments, and good company, the party hole offered a perfect spot to recharge between rounds and celebrate with fellow attendees.
Beyond the day’s competition, the event was an incredible opportunity to strengthen relationships and connect in a relaxed, fun environment. Domis Golf Day continues to be a highlight for everyone involved, fostering the connections that drive our mutual success.

We are proud to announce that Matic Building Services has been awarded the prestigious contract for the St. Michaels Development in Manchester. This landmark project, with a contract value of £28 million, involves the delivery of comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Fire, Security, and Guest Management Systems, as well as the provision of Temporary Power.
Our scope of work will extend across multiple facilities within the development, including a luxury hotel, residential apartments, and office spaces, in addition to a state-of-the-art gym and wellbeing facilities.
