Matic Building Services is thrilled to begin work on the prestigious Lumina Village project in Trafford! This £160 million development will feature a blend of private and affordable homes, thoughtfully designed within 5.4 acres of landscaped public spaces. Key elements of this vibrant, community-focused neighbourhood include a central village green, civic squares, play streets, and pedestrian-friendly boulevards, with 200 secure parking spaces located at the development's edge.

Our scope of works at Lumina Village includes:
Mechanical Services: Comprehensive drainage systems, cold water supply, communal ventilation, and apartment-specific KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) units for energy efficiency. Advanced fire safety features such as residential and commercial sprinklers also ensure a safe environment for all residents.

Electrical Services: Low voltage distribution, solar PV systems, EV charging points, and extensive security installations, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems, tailored for all residence types.
