Solar PV System Overview

Matic Building Services successfully completed the installation of a Solar PV system at the Viadux Development, a 40-storey high-rise. Despite the added challenge of installing the system on the roof of such a tall building, the project was completed seamlessly. The Solar PV system provides renewable energy to the development, reducing electricity costs and supporting sustainability efforts. This installation showcases our ability to deliver complex, high-rise solar solutions that contribute to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

The 28kWp system constituted 54 tier 1 Longi 530W modules connected via 4 DC isolators to a Solis 25kW inverter and was designed to maximise performance using and East / West ballasted mounting system. The installation is connected into an isolator at roof level with a subsequent connection to a distribution board on the 39th floor riser. The project benefits from Solis’s cloud-based monitoring system via a GPRS data logger, allowing the client to display generation data from the system.
