Matic Building Services is proud to announce the successful completion of works at Glassworks, a prominent 17-storey office development located in Shudehill, Manchester.
The project highlights Matic’s capability to deliver complex commercial building services packages within a high-rise environment. Our scope included the full mechanical, electrical and HVAC fit-out, providing modern, efficient and reliable systems to support contemporary office use.
In addition, Matic delivered critical life-safety and resilience systems, including the installation of sprinkler and dry riser systems, alongside fire alarm, CCTV and door access control installations to ensure occupant safety and security. The project also incorporated a Building Network Operator (BNO) installation, delivering robust digital connectivity throughout the building.
To further enhance operational resilience, Matic installed a back-up generator system, ensuring continuity of essential services in the event of power disruption.
