We are proud to announce that Matic Building Services has been awarded the prestigious contract for the St. Michaels Development in Manchester. This landmark project, with a contract value of £28 million, involves the delivery of comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Fire, Security, and Guest Management Systems, as well as the provision of Temporary Power.
Our scope of work will extend across multiple facilities within the development, including a luxury hotel, residential apartments, and office spaces, in addition to a state-of-the-art gym and wellbeing facilities.
