Two of the five residential blocks at Waterhouse Gardens have now been handed over by our Matic team. Both buildings are now fully equipped with tailored mechanical and electrical fit-outs to support high-quality residential living and communal facilities.
The mechanical scope includes above-ground drainage, cold water services, air conditioning, apartment and communal ventilation, smoke vent systems, dry and wet risers, and sprinkler systems for both residential and commercial areas. It also covers thermal insulation, BMS integration, and full plumbing installations across one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. The works concluded with testing, commissioning, system training, and the handover of as-fitted drawings and O&M manuals.
On the electrical side, installations include low-voltage distribution boards, sub-mains, BNOs, earthing and bonding, containment systems, and internal, external, and emergency lighting. The team also delivered small power, supplies to mechanical systems, solar PV installation, and apartment-specific electrical fit-outs. Safety and communication systems were also completed, covering fire alarms, evacuation alerts, disabled refuge, access control and intercoms, intruder alarms, PA systems, CCTV, data, and IRS TV services.
With successful commissioning complete, the Matic team now shifts focus to the remaining blocks: Irwell House, Medlock House, and Chorlton House.
