Works are well underway at Fusion M1 Student Tower, with our team now progressing through Level 8. A major milestone has been reached as first fix installations are underway in approximately 140 apartments.
Our team is delivering the full scope of ventilation, mechanical, drainage, electrical, and sprinkler systems, with Matic Life Safety Systems providing a fully integrated life safety and security package. This includes fire detection, door access control, disabled refuge, evacuation alert systems, and robust security infrastructure.
Off-site, we’re making excellent progress on the prefabricated packaged plant room, helping ensure efficient, high-quality delivery as the project moves forward.
