Matic is pleased to share a key milestone at Lumina Village, where first fix installations are now complete.
Our teams are making excellent progress on site, with works within the apartments scheduled for completion by Christmas. This will see the successful delivery of 440 residential units across four blocks, with all communal areas already finished.
The next phase will focus on completing the external areas and on-site amenities, ahead of a planned February completion and handover to Domis Construction and the end client, Glenbrook.
