Matic is proud to announce our appointment to deliver the full mechanical and electrical package for Leeds Urban Village, a landmark £200 million regeneration project in the heart of the city.
We are pleased to confirm that our team is already on site, working to establish the temporary and permanent infrastructure required to support safe, efficient, and well-coordinated construction activity across the development. These early works are laying the groundwork for the next phases of this major scheme.
Progress to date includes:
- Installation of pipework, pumps, and trace heating
- Installation of mains distribution units (MDUs)
- Site-wide temporary and emergency lighting
- Perimeter floodlighting installation
- Enabling power and water services
- SWA cabling networks
This project marks Matic’s debut in Leeds, and we are delighted to be working alongside Domis Construction and Cole Waterhouse to help deliver this transformative urban development.
