Matic Building Services has been appointed to deliver the ongoing planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance services at Waterhouse Gardens, on behalf of leading developer Salboy.
The appointment covers a comprehensive, structured maintenance programme designed to ensure the continued safe, compliant and efficient operation of the development’s critical building services. The scope includes routine inspections, testing and servicing across quarterly, annual and long-term maintenance intervals, alongside responsive attendance as required.
Mechanical maintenance responsibilities include domestic hot and cold water systems, water tanks and booster sets, air source heat pumps, MVHR units, comfort cooling equipment, smoke ventilation systems, fire dampers, drainage installations, sprinkler systems, dry risers, BMS controls and associated water treatment regimes, all delivered in line with current legislation and best practice.
Electrical maintenance works encompass mains distribution, switch panels and distribution boards, internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, telecommunications and data infrastructure, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, disabled refuge and WC call systems, lightning protection, earthing and bonding, standby generation equipment, and solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, ensuring the development remains safe, resilient and fully operational.
