Matic Building Services is proud to reflect on the successful completion of our works at Cluny Mews, a high-quality residential development located in the heart of London SE8. The scheme delivers 35 new-build apartments, ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, alongside ground-floor commercial accommodation, forming part of a carefully considered urban regeneration project.
Our scope at Cluny Mews included the full mechanical and electrical installation across the residential and commercial elements of the development. This comprised air conditioning installations to all apartments, a complete building network operator (BNO) installation, and integrated fire alarm, CCTV, and door access systems to support safety, security, and modern living standards throughout the building.
In addition, Matic delivered utility metering for the commercial units and installed site temporary services to support construction activities. The successful delivery of Cluny Mews highlights our continued commitment to providing reliable, high-quality MEP solutions within the residential sector.
