This impressive scheme included a full mechanical, electrical, and HVAC fit-out serving a range of high-quality shared amenities, including a residents’ gym, communal lounge areas, and dedicated home-working spaces.
Our scope of works also comprised a comprehensive Building Network Operator (BNO) installation throughout the building, ensuring seamless connectivity and future-ready infrastructure. In addition, we delivered advanced life safety and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, and access control, alongside high-speed fibre optic installation to provide fast, reliable internet for residents.
