Within each en-suite room, our work helps create a calm, private space where students can settle in easily, with reliable heating, lighting, ventilation, and water services quietly supporting day-to-day comfort.
Across shared kitchens and lounges, our installations help maintain welcoming, practical spaces that encourage connection and everyday use. These residential areas are designed to feel open and easy to live in, allowing students to cook, relax, and socialise together without disruption, while maintaining the balance between independence and community.
By delivering dependable services throughout the residential accommodation, Matic helps ensure Fusion Manchester operates smoothly behind the scenes. Our focus is on creating environments that feel effortless for residents, supporting Fusion Students’ aim to provide safe, comfortable homes where students can relax, connect, and enjoy their time in the city.

Areas such as the library, study spaces, co-working zones, and private study rooms are designed to feel calm, comfortable, and welcoming, allowing students to work independently or collaboratively throughout the day.
Social and lifestyle spaces; including the gym, cardio studio, gaming zone, karaoke room, coffee lounge, and private dining areas are supported by building services that enable them to operate smoothly and reliably. These spaces are central to the Fusion experience, offering students places to relax, recharge, and connect beyond their bedrooms, all within a well-managed and comfortable environment.
Outdoor and wellbeing-focused areas, such as the roof terrace, courtyard, and meditation room, complete the shared experience at Fusion Manchester. Our work helped ensure these spaces are practical, safe, and enjoyable to use year-round, supporting Fusion Students’ vision of creating vibrant, balanced communities where students can study, socialise, and thrive.
