This project involved the design and installation of a fully integrated mechanical and electrical system within a high-specification residential property in Worsley. The works were delivered by our Bespoke team, developed to support the architectural design of the home while providing efficient heating, intelligent lighting control and modern smart home functionality.
The scope included the coordination and installation of lighting, heating, ventilation, power, data and security systems, creating a cohesive infrastructure that supports day to day living while maintaining a clean and considered interior finish.
A key element of the installation is the bespoke lighting design, which combines architectural lighting, recessed fire rated downlights, decorative pendant fittings and integrated LED strip lighting throughout the property.
LED lighting within recessed aluminium profiles was used to highlight architectural details and introduce soft ambient lighting across spaces including the kitchen, living areas, staircase and bedrooms. The lighting scheme is controlled via an RA2 smart lighting control system, allowing the homeowner to adjust brightness levels and create pre-set lighting scenes to suit different uses throughout the day.
Thermal comfort is delivered through a whole-house underfloor heating system, providing consistent and evenly distributed heat across the property. This is supported by a mechanical ventilation system designed to regulate airflow and maintain indoor air quality.
Additional installations include a structured TV and data network, an intruder alarm system and a Rolec Qubev 7.4kW smart EV charger, enabling convenient home charging for electric vehicles.
Together, these systems form an integrated building services solution that supports a modern residential environment while remaining discreet within the overall design of the home.
