Beneath the Grade II listed viaduct arches of central Manchester, a new landmark is rising: Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Manchester, a £360m, 76 storey, 246m tower set to become the tallest building in the UK outside London.
Delivered by Domis, in partnership with Salboy and Nobu Hospitality, the development will bring 452 Nobu branded residences and a 160 room Nobu hotel, anchored by a signature Nobu restaurant and lifestyle amenities including a pool, spa, gym and podium garden.
